Dr. Patty has been empowering clients and organizations for over 20 years. A prolific educator in the area of stress recovery and mindfulness, you’ve heard her speak on mindfulness, stress management, and class action topics at national conferences, San Luis Obispo County community events, and higher education courses at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She currently works by guiding organizations and individuals as a Stress Recovery Specialist to assist CEO’s, high-level management, and employees in high-stress environments and guides them through mindfulness and stress recovery.
Dr. Patty is certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), an evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression and pain.

Dr. Patty Mulligan is a California university professor and wellness coach with more than 20 years of years of experience in the area of Human Development.
She works with clients as an “ally” as well as a coach and encourages her clients to make a full commitment to their health from a holistic mind/body and lifestyle perspective.
Her certification in wellness and health coaching with Real Balance Global Wellness Services, a nationally accredited program, has helped her provide clients with a wealth of tools to reduce stress and take control of their lives.
