She works with clients as an “ally” as well as a coach and encourages her clients to make a full commitment to their health from a holistic mind/body and lifestyle perspective.

Dr. Patty meets with clients nationwide via video conferencing from her home in California. She offers a free 30 minute evaluation for anyone interested in her services.

"Travelling is my favorite hobby. I have found travel is good for my health because new experiences increase my mental flexibility and keep my mind razor-sharp. In addition, it increases my problem-solving skills and gives me a deeper sense of cultural awareness.

I encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and reap the benefits of travel. Traveling can: improve your communication and social skills, broaden your outlook on political issues, enhance your tolerance for ambiguity and make memories for a lifetime."

Stories Of Wellness

"As a wellness coach, Dr. Patty asks questions that help me focus better on potential options for my most pressing health concerns. She is an excellent listener, and can often highlight key issues and 'read between the lines.' She works with me to prioritize areas to address."

"I'm especially comfortable with Dr. Patty because she doesn't claim to "know it all." Her broad background includes a wealth of experiences and time spent among diverse cultures that enables her to relate well to individuals in all kinds of situations. She is also continuously learning and sharing what she finds. When I told her about my difficulty with improving my posture, she was able to get me started on some very helpful exercises that a therapist had taught her."

"Once she clarifies a concern, Dr. Patty will actively search for potential solutions that could help. I highly recommend her, not only as a coach, but also as a dynamic, caring professional who loves to help people find answers to achieve better health and happiness!"
